Our client, a multinational automotive giant based in Centurion, is looking for a CA(SA) who can keep the financial engine running smoothly behind the scenes.

POSITION INFO:
Join a global automotive leader operating across multiple markets, where technical accounting excellence and reporting accuracy are mission-critical. You’ll step into a specialist role, acting as the go-to IFRS and technical accounting expert, supporting finance and operational teams while ensuring that compliance, controls and reporting frameworks stay roadworthy. If you enjoy solving complex accounting puzzles, refining processes and being the technical brain behind the numbers, you’ll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the technical accounting expert and IFRS resource to the business
Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Oversee reconciliations, lease accounting and balance sheet integrity
Monitor posting books, process corrections and maintain GL structures
Review cash management processes and financial controls
Support taxation compliance and reporting requirements
Drive internal control improvements and governance alignment
Assist with B-BBEE reporting and compliance initiatives

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualified CA(SA)
3 to 5 years’ experience (including articles)
Strong financial reporting and technical accounting exposure
IFRS 16 knowledge essential
Solid IFRS knowledge non-negotiable
SAP experience beneficial
High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
Ability to operate as a technical specialist within a multinational environment
