Ideally, this position is well suited for the more mature who envisions a prospective sale in each call…

As one of our many Property Sales Agents, you would contribute to the success of our organization by utilising your sales expertise

Key requirements / Must have’s

3+ years selling exp
Strong exp in selling Timeshare / Properties
Sound relationship building abilities
Skilled to follow up on referrals and leads
Maintain a Real Estate accreditation (property practitioners accreditation)
- However, accreditation is not required on appointment
Literate in MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook

Soft skills

Must have a passion for sales
Must hold sound telephone skills
Must have a strong ability to be motivational
Must speak a professional English
Beneficial to have experience in CRM systems
Must be well presented

Minimum Qualifications:

Matric + Real Estate accreditation

This position is well suited for the more mature who envisions a prospective sale in each call
