Working closely with senior leadership, including the Managing Director and COO, you will help build the operational foundations of a rapidly scaling international business while contributing to the development of innovative global employment solutions. About the Role As a Research and Development Analyst, you will conduct in-depth research across multiple global jurisdictions, focusing on employment legislation, taxation, and operational processes. You will support the development of scalable systems, maintain critical business knowledge, and contribute to strategic projects that shape the organisation's global operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys intellectual challenges, and wants to work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.
