JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a leading mergers and acquisitions company is seeking an experienced Researcher to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate skills in multiple areas. You will need to possess strong team-working skills and you will need to demonstrate versatility and adaptability in a dynamic workplace. In addition, you will also need to be accustomed to meeting deadlines and fast turnaround times.

Responsibilities:

Preparation and presentation of research strategy for client
Research and successful identification of potential acquirers
Prospect Engagement (via telephonic and/or email) to present opportunity.
Integration and alignment with deal team underpinned by values, growth and integrity
Preparation of prospect overviews for meetings
Ad hoc project related initiatives

Profile:

Bcom or Bus Science (Finance or Economics)
2 – 4 years Corporate Banking and/or Private Banking experience
