JOB SUMMARY:
Are you available immediately with strong administration and client services skills and living in the Southern Suburbs to join our Clients Tourism business in Bergvliet?

If you have bookings and Client services experience and have been in the Hotel or Tourism industry this will be beneficial.

We require a very well-spoken individual, task orientated, strong on excel who can cope well in a multi-tasking busy job where they are the go between with Clients and operational staff working from the Head Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, own vehicle and drivers license essential
Must have excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Excellent attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to juggle important tasks
Deadline driven and able to cope well in a busy environment
Computer literate with strong excel skills
Ability to take ownership of work responsibilities and manage workload efficiently following the full order process from beginning to completion

DUTIES
Answering incoming enquiries for reservations
Manage the entire booking process from the beginning to end
Explaining the detail of various questions asked about the various establishments on offer
Data capturing all information accurately on the Hotelier system
Forwarding all relevant and accurate information to the operations team
Receive instructions from the operations team and action these requirements
Manage large corporations and group enquiries and manage their bookings with relevant forms to be completed and sorting out dietary requirements
Raise invoices
Follow up on Debtors,
Managing all administration duties
Managing excel spreadsheets and updating of data requirements
Extensive email correspondence
Manage the filing system
Extensive Client Interaction

Salary: R13000, dependent on experience
