R8 300 + Commision on a sliding scale structure

Our client, a well-established family-owned business in the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced Reservationist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a guest-focused environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric Required
Excellent Afrikaans and English Skills both Verbal and Written
Proven 2-5 Years Hospitality Industry experience
Skiled with Reservation Management
Expereince with Revenue Optimization
Guest Service Orientated
Proven hotel booking system knowledge (Hotsoft would be preferential)
Group Booking Experience
Revenue Management
OTA Knowledge
Problem-solving ability anf high attention to detail
Multitasking and time management skills
Sales & upselling techniques
