JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a Professionally registered (PrTech or PrEng) Civil Engineer with 10 or more years experience in a construction management role for a 12 month contract in KZN (Camperdown).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing staff and execution of works
Au fait with OSH Act, COLTO 1998 specifications, and General Conditions of Contract (FIDIC)
Responsible for all Construction Administration and Monitoring of the project.
Marinating all relevant contract records
Providing progress information

Requirements:

BTech or BSc Civil Engineering degree
Professionally registered with ECSA
10 or more years experience in a construction management role
Labour Intensive Construction qualification NQF 5
Experience in concrete drainage, paving, block paving, drainage and roadworks
MS Projects experience
