Resident Engineer (PrTech or PrEng)

Seeking a Professionally registered (PrTech or PrEng) Civil Engineer with 10 or more years experience in a construction management role for a 12 month contract in KZN (Camperdown).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing staff and execution of works
• Au fait with OSH Act, COLTO 1998 specifications, and General Conditions of Contract (FIDIC)
• Responsible for all Construction Administration and Monitoring of the project.
• Marinating all relevant contract records
• Providing progress information

Requirements:

• BTech or BSc Civil Engineering degree
• Professionally registered with ECSA
• 10 or more years experience in a construction management role
• Labour Intensive Construction qualification NQF 5
• Experience in concrete drainage, paving, block paving, drainage and roadworks
• MS Projects experience
