SUMMARY:
Prism Placements and this logistics solutions provider are looking for a Residential Leasing Manager to build, manage and lead a team of Managers across multiple sites, ensuring occupancy, profitability and operational excellence are achieved.

POSITION INFO:
Experience & Requirements:

Relevant B-degree.
Min 5years experience in multi-site operational management from the property sector where a min of 3yrs has been in a senior leadership / management role
Well versed in Afrikaans and English.
Residential leasing exp a must

Remuneration:

R840K C.T.C. per annum
