Restaurant Banqueting Manager - Rosebank

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Restaurant Banqueting Manager required for Restaurant venue in Rosebank. Looking for someone with 5 or more years'' experience in banqueting and functions management. Applicants must be skilled in stock control, customer relations, floor management & staff supervision. Main duties will include the planning and management of all functions, will also be expected to work on the Restaurant floor when there are no functions. The successful applicant will have the ability to work in a team, must be able to meet deadlines and must be able to work in a busy environment. Strong general food & beverage management knowledge essential. Will only consider candidates who are fully computer literate and who have their own car.
