Restaurant / Function Chef - Centurion

Very busy Restaurant / banqueting & function venue at a Golf Estate in Centurion is looking for a head chef. Looking for hardworking individuals with 6+ years senior chef experience in a Restaurant, banqueting and events environment. Applicants must have strong cooking skills with the ability to work with high volumes under pressure. Must have experience in setting up food stations / buffets and must be strong with food plating. The ideal candidate will be able to control food quality and quantity. Must be strong in following recipes. Long working history with previous employers required. Will also be responsible for all kitchen management duties including staff management, stock control and kitchen admin. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply.
