Restaurant General Manager

SUMMARY:
A Luxury Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking to appoint a Restaurant General Manager to join the team of one of its high-end restaurants situated along the Atlantic Seaboard.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: At least two to three years of general management experience in a high volume, upmarket restaurant operation Sound financial acumen and understanding of food and beverage operations Strong leadership skills and ability to lead from the front Excellent understanding of hospitality Willing to work shifts Very well presented with excellent communication skills in English Must have own, reliable transport Only candidates already based in Cape Town or willing to travel at their own expense to attend interviews in person, will be considered.
