Restaurant Group General Manager - Pretoria East

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Restaurant Group with 3 stores in the Pretoria East area is looking for an Area General Manager to look after all 3 stores. Candidates with 10+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as GM will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be, energetic, passionate and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills. Experience is a upmarket sit-down Restaurant environment essential, cannot consider bar/ fast food experience.
