JOB DESCRIPTION:

Restaurant Manager required for trendy Restaurant / coffee shop in Sea Point Cape town. Looking for candidates with 5+ year Restaurant management experience. Must have strong general Restaurant management skills both front & back of house. Main duties will include staff management, stock control, floor management, opening & closing procedures. Strong customer relations skills are essential. Applicants must be skilled in Restaurant administration and must be able to work under pressure. The position is ideal for someone who works well in a team. Must be well groomed and well spoken. Preference will be given to applicants who can start immediately.
