Our client in the Restaurant/Hospitality industry has a Restaurant Operations Manager position available, based in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

Matric.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
Exceptional management skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Reliable transport.
Able work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Duties:

Daily running of the restaurant.
Opening and closing.
Management of staff members.
Customer service.
Handling customer complaints and reporting complaints to management.
Purchasing, control and receiving of stock.
Daily cash up.
Administration.
