JOB SUMMARY:
An opportunity has arisen with our client in the Petroleum sector for a Retail Development Admin Assistant. Position available immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Stock control and management
Stock purchasing including negotiation on price and timelines
Co-ordination of contractual and legal documentation
Construction - costing vs actual comparison
Supply - costing vs actual comparison
Weekly follow-ups with suppliers

Requirements:

Diploma in Business Management
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in Stock Control/Management
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
