Retail Fashion Sales Specialist - V & A Waterfront

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric, clear credit and criminal check
Transport to be able to work at the V & A Waterfront
Excellent dress sense
Upmarket grooming and presentation
Excellent command of the English language, Afrikaans advantageous (written and spoken)
Must love fashion
Responsible and able to think out of the box
Maturity to take ownership of job portfolio and manage the long hours of retail work required
Must be able to work overtime when required

DUTIES:
Welcoming customers into the store
Ensuring you are visible and available for all customer questions
Upselling of merchandise
Understanding quality and ability to see on quality
Professional interaction at all times
Go the extra mile for customers needs
Manage the Point of Sale system
Use initiative for solutions with enquiries or problems that occur
Be the image and front face of the store at all times
Merchandising
Daily cash up tasks
Continually add value by keeping the store in the best condition

Salary: R15000 per month plus monthly commissions, incentives on performance and 13th cheque
Weekend work is required, shift work according to the V & A retail stores requirements
