POSITION INFO:

My client, a well-known and established company based in Saldanha is looking for a motivated, energetic and dynamic individual to assume the position as a Junior Fish Shop Manager based in Kenilworth. This position is for a one year contract

Responsibilities:

• Assist with securing full compliance in all aspects of the daily store operations
• Assist with minimizing the risk in all departments of the store
• Assist Manager with Staff Management – Lead and supervise
• Daily and weekly updates on main KPI’s to Area Manager
• Cash Management and general administration
• Stock Management
• Driving Sales to achieve group budgets
• Effective implementation of new strategies/initiatives
• Ongoing reporting to Key Performance Area and flow constantly
• Promote company brand optimally
• Optimise store operations and evaluate store layout
• Relevant approvals to be done
• Ensure that IT systems are utilised correctly

Requirement Skills and Competencies:

• Grade 12
• Tertiary Retail / Business Management qualification would be an advantage
• Good process and product knowledge
• Ability to function independently and work under pressure
• Be Pro-Active and customer services orientated
• Self-motivated
• Team Player with excellent leadership skills
• Attention to detail is imperative
