SUMMARY:
Exciting employment opportunities are galore! One of our internationally recognized clients in the FMCG space is looking to hire an experienced Retail Marketing Lead. The successful incumbents responsibilities include, managing the retail process for consumer household electronics. Look no further, this could be your dream job.

POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

Must have a minimum of 5+ years minimum of retail sales experience FMCG / Retail.
Must have retail environment including mall management.
Must understanding of the electronics Industry’s retail environment.

Duties include:

Allocated business units KPA/ Major Tasks (MAX 5) Manage full operations level staff nationally.
Recruitment of staff Management of staff KPI’s KPI setting Targets and achievement rate management.
Managing compliance Retail Sales Execution
Time Management of all staff including call diaries.
Weekly and monthly brief and directives of the company’s retail assets management.
Creation and design
Execution planning
Maintenance and management of asset register Data analysis
Sales data recon
Market trends and improvement ideas
Competitor information and market performance
Identify markets and where to invest Look for new opportunities to expand retail business.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification – BCom in Marketing / Sales.
