POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have a minimum of 5+ years minimum of retail sales experience FMCG / Retail.
• Must have retail environment including mall management.
• Must understanding of the electronics Industry’s retail environment.

Duties include:

• Allocated business units KPA/ Major Tasks (MAX 5) Manage full operations level staff nationally.
• Recruitment of staff Management of staff KPI’s KPI setting Targets and achievement rate management.
• Managing compliance Retail Sales Execution
• Time Management of all staff including call diaries.
• Weekly and monthly brief and directives of the company’s retail assets management.
• Creation and design
• Execution planning
• Maintenance and management of asset register Data analysis
• Sales data recon
• Market trends and improvement ideas
• Competitor information and market performance
• Identify markets and where to invest Look for new opportunities to expand retail business.

• Qualifications

Minimum Qualification – BCom in Marketing / Sales.
