Retail Media Key Account Manager - Food - Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
Your responsibilities will include: Serve as the primary liaison between internal & external stakeholders, clients and the Advertising team. Create advertising proposals to drive strategic objectives Generate campaign cost estimates (CEs) and oversee the invoicing process, ensuringâ¯accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. Generate regular performance reports, analyse data trends, and provide actionableâ¯insights to clients for informed decision-making. Collaborate with various creative, analytics, and campaign management teams toâ¯ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives. Provide actionable, insightful reporting to Advertisers with suggestions for futureâ¯campaigns Achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets Identify opportunities to improve the experience of the advertiser. Developing and managing long term partnerships withâ¯key national restaurant brands and act as their primaryâ¯point of contact for Advertising. Attributes Required: Enthusiasm for being a part of an entrepreneurial, start-up environment Ability to work independently to achieve sales targets Ability to identify key advertising sales opportunities and translate these intoâ¯implementable solutions and action plans Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, with the ability to understandâ¯client goals and communicate effectively. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to conveyâ¯complex information clearly and build rapport with clients and internal teams. Proven track record of collaborating across different departments or teams to ensureâ¯seamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives. Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digitalâ¯marketing to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage. Strongâ¯proficiencyâ¯in Google Workspace Strong knowledge of the Restaurant Industry Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or Media Minimum 5 years Advertising Account Management experience or 3 years Digital Account Management experience. If the Degree\/Advanced Diploma qualification requirement isn't met, 6+ years' experience in a digital\/advertising account management role in digital marketing, advertising or similar environment with Matric\/Diploma. Experience in advertising and media sales within the Restaurant Industry Strong knowledge of the Digital Advertising & e-commerce landscape.
