Our well-established client is looking for a Retail Property Manager to join their dynamic and skilled team in Johannesburg North.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
The Retail Property Manager will be based at our client's offices in Johannesburg North but will be required to travel to Zambia once a month. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Portfolio management
Negotiate and renew lease agreements with tenants
Risk management
Compliance and legal management

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification
Experience in retail property management space
Is able and open to travelling to Zambia once a month
