POSITION INFO:
With over two decades of excellence in the property management space, our client is a leading name in commercial real estate across South Africa and the African continent. Known for managing some of the largest and most prestigious retail and mixed-use developments, the company prides itself on delivering high-performance asset and financial management services that add tangible value to landlords and tenants alike.

The Role:
As the Finance Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the full financial function of 3 high-value retail portfolios, each with its own unique complexities and stakeholder landscape. These portfolios span across major urban hubs and require a hands-on, solutions-driven leader who can manage reporting, compliance, budgeting, and strategic finance operations at a high level.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
7 to 8 years post-articles
5 years relevant property experience
