We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Solutions Architect who will be the technical mastermind behind our revenue engine. In this role, you will design automated workflows, build commercial logic frameworks, optimise pricing processes, and turn complex datasets into powerful tools for Sales and Marketing.
You will act as the bridge between commercial strategy and technical execution — ensuring our teams operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Architecture & Automation
- Build automated workflows inside CRM and CPQ systems
- Create logicâbased triggers for opportunities, tasks, pricing workflows, and more
Commercial Logic Engineering
- Design dynamic pricing logic and CPQ processes
- Improve transactional speed and support profitable deals
Data Interpretation & Insight Delivery
- Analyze customer and revenue data to uncover patterns
- Translate technical findings into clear business insights
Process Enhancement
- Audit and refine CRM, Pricing, and Forecasting systems
- Reduce manual tasks and embed automation across the commercial stack
CrossâFunctional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate strategy into system requirements
- Support revenue initiatives with technical solutions
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or similar technical field
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in:
- CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- CPQ workflows
- Logical system design, automation, or data engineering
- Ability to break down commercial challenges and rebuild them as systematic workflows
- Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to nonâtechnical audiences
- Proactive problemâsolver with a love for efficiency and automation
