POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new and existing clients. Provide tailored risk management and insurance advice based on individual client requirements. Develop and present appropriate insurance solutions across a range of risk products. Assist clients with policy applications, amendments, renewals, and related administration. Maintain accurate client records in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements. Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, FSCA, and internal governance standards. Liaise with insurers and service providers to effectively manage client portfolios. Perform regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable adjustments where appropriate. Manage client queries and claims efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities to strengthen client protection and enhance existing cover. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement. Stay informed of industry developments, legislative changes, and new product offerings. Provide ongoing support to clients and internal stakeholders. Assist with ad hoc responsibilities as required. Job Experience and Skills Required Matric. RE5 qualification. Class of Business completed. FAIS compliant. Relevant qualification in Finance, Risk Management, or Insurance will be advantageous. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within an insurance or financial advisory environment. Previous experience within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of life, disability, and short-term insurance products. Solid understanding of FAIS and FSCA regulatory requirements. Excellent client relationship management and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Commercially minded with the ability to provide practical, client-focused solutions.
