SUMMARY:
We are looking for an energetic, self-starter who has sound knowledge of Company Law, understands financial services and can implement FAIS, FICA & PoPIA requirements.

POSITION INFO:
The role expectancy is:

set compliance and regulatory within the business
document the Risk Management Program and Compliance Risk Management Program for core legislation
conduct regular monitoring ensuring the business adheres to the compliance related objectives controls, processes and procedures
provide guidance of policies and processes
legal support

The role is 75% R&C Management and 25% Legal & Company Secretary and we require the following qualification:

SA Citizen
Law Degree
Min 4yrs post admission experience or legal & compliance experience
Financial services background preferential
