SUMMARY:
A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Roads Engineer to lead the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects. This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and proven success in managing complex road projects.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Lead the design and delivery of major road infrastructure projects
Oversee project lifecycle from concept to construction
Manage contracts and ensure commercial and technical compliance
Provide strategic input, technical leadership, and mentorship
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in roads and transport infrastructure
Proven leadership in project delivery and contract management
Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D or similar design software
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of industry standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Qualification:

BEng / BTech in Civil Engineering
Professionally Registered (PR Eng / PR Tech Eng preferred)
