SUMMARY:
Career Opportunity! An FMCG team is currently hiring a Route Planner in the Western Cape!
 
Key responsibilities in this role include route sales management, staff supervision, asset management, and maintaining preferred supplier status. Your expertise in FMCG sales, vehicle tracking systems, and identifying missed opportunities across all areas through tracking and operational leadership will be essential in meeting KPIs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate time and attendance records.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Grade 12/matric certificate, along with at least 3 years of experience in similar FMCG sales roles. A valid Code C1 license with PDP is essential, as well as a minimum of 2 years’ experience using vehicle tracking systems. Strong leadership, attention to detail, communication, and conflict management skills are also important. The role requires resilience in a pressurised environment and occasional overtime.
