About the role

Our client seeking a dynamic and experienced SA Sales Director to lead our Sales and Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales department, focusing on the Financial Services sector in the Western Cape region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Provide regular reports on sales performance

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the Payments industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Relevant qualifications in Sales or Marketing
