POSITION INFO:

We are hiring below role

• Role : SAFe Certfied Agile Coach
• Duration : 3 months contract
• Location : Johannesburg ] remote -until work from office starts as per client policy

This position reports into the LACE (Lean-Agile Center of Excellence).

Responsibilities:

●             Establish yourself as a mentor and coach for several scrum teams (up to 3)

●             Give clear guidance to teams

●             Promote agile best practices

●             Model the agile mindset

●             Help Scrum Masters and Product Owners adopt their roles

●             Provide in-line coaching to team members

●             Lead agile workshops (ex: story creation, agile estimation, getting to done)

●             Hold 1:1 meetings as required

Experience

●             Participated in a SAFe transformation

●             Coaching of a Scrum or Kanban team

●             Member of Scrum or kanban team

●             Team agility assessments

●             Leading workshops (e.g. story creation, agile estimation, getting to done)

Qualifications

●             SAFe certification

●             Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance certification

●             Familiar with Scrum Guide

●             Familiar with Agile Coaching Competency Framework
