SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Scrum Master with true Springbok spirit — someone who can lead a highâperformance squad, run worldâclass ceremonies, and keep delivery flowing like a wellâexecuted game plan.

POSITION INFO:

You’ll clear blockers like a dominant forward pack, align the team around sprint goals, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. Working closely with product owners and developers, you’ll ensure the team stays disciplined, focused, and always pushing toward the try line.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master within software development teams
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Proven experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement
Ability to identify and resolve impediments efficiently
Strong communication and stakeholderâmanagement skills
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar
Ability to coach teams and support continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with software development practices and delivery pipelines

Qualification:
Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I or equivalent)
Additional Agile certifications beneficial
