JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales & Marketing Executive – Atlantis- Salary package: R30 000 to 35 000/month Total Cost to Company (includes Med Aid/Provident Fund/Car Allowance)

Plus, Commission: R7000/month at 100% of target, Petrol Card, Cell phone allowance.

Use of company Laptop

This is an exciting opportunity for a young sales professional that thrives on driving new business and exploring new territories. You see yourself as an independent operator with a well-developed hunting instinct, who is ready to enjoy challenges and make your mark in the organization. Based in Atlantis, the incumbent will form part of the national sales team, responsible for the building materials market segment (Insulation Products) at the retail and industrial level.

responsibilities of the position include:

Overall responsibility for the sales performance and result of the territory
Setting budgets in consultation with senior management
Formulating sales plans and initiatives to meet set budgets
Identify and establish new markets for the product range
Explore and establish new product lines
Assume national key account responsibility up to head office level
Develop and maintain existing markets and customers.
Setting up and nurturing distribution networks.
Technical support/product training to customers
Collect market intelligence and build a market model
Compiling and submitting relevant reports/sales forecasts

skills required:

Proven marketing and strong entrepreneurial ability.
Industrial product/brand management experience.
Good business acumen.
A strong customer service orientation
Strong commercial flair. High level of numeracy.
Excellent leadership qualities.
Tertiary qualification in sales/marketing/business development.
A passion for people, quality and products are essential.
