JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role. You will act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities
  • Manage the company’s relationships with customers.
  • Establish, maintain and increase the use of the company’s products throughout the business of the customer thereby growing gross profit margins. This includes the generation of new business through cold calling within your portfolio of customers and potential new customer networks.
  • Good understanding of IT solutions with the ability to convert customer requirements into sales opportunities, this includes;
    • Strong writing skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Maintain updated sales reporting.
  • Coordinates company personnel, including support, IT production and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Understand and manage events and/or decisions that may impact the down/stream use of company
  • Meeting targets for profitable usage volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual delivery objectives and critical milestones for a one-year period.
  • Draft proposals and tender responses.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to understand the changes, opportunities and needs in the assigned customer accounts.
  • Understand all the company products.
  • Understand the use of competitor products around the assigned customer account. Gather information of changes in the assigned customer accounts that the company is not involved in.
  • Represent the company position with the assigned customer accounts.
  • Identify areas in account not using/under-utilising the company’s products and establish/grow the use of these products.
  • Meet with personnel in assigned customer accounts to understand needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Qualifications and Experience
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Strong IT Solution selling understanding
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • IT Knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong proven IT understanding and background
  • Government experience and background
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
