The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Construction Materials Sales team, setting sales targets and quotes, creating sales plans, analyzing market data, managing customer relationships, and product training.

Qualifications and job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent.
Five years'''''''' experience in either Construction or Construction Materials industry.
Experience in customer relationship management
Attention to detail
Deadline driven and able to multitask effectively
High level of confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Experience managing high-performance Teams.

Key Responsibilities

Managing product sales by developing a business plan that encompassed sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales targets
Setting individual sales targets for the sales team.
Tracking sales targets and reporting results as required.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team, in line with product strategy
Understanding our customers and how they relate to our products.
Conduct regular market analysis and stay apprised of the latest developments within the marketplace
Drive customer engagement and improve customer experiences with our company.
Be the face of the product line to the customer
