B2B Sales & Business Growth Manager Location: Pretoria and Durban - National Reach Sector: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Probation: Three-month probationary period, with structured weekly performance reviews. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven B2B Sales & Business Growth Manager to drive new business acquisition, revenue growth, and commercial partnerships across the education, corporate, and public sectors. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to proposal development, commercial negotiation, and signed agreements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own the end-to-end B2B sales process from prospecting to signed agreement. Identify and develop new business opportunities across education, corporate, and public-sector markets. Build, manage and continuously develop a qualified sales pipeline. Conduct prospecting activities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other business development channels. Qualify leads and assess opportunities based on commercial potential. Build strong relationships with decision-makers, executives, and key stakeholders. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. Lead commercial negotiations and manage the deal closure process. Develop tailored solutions that address client requirements and business objectives. Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting information. Work towards agreed sales, revenue, and conversion targets. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. Develop strategic partnerships that support business growth. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years' proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial sales. Demonstrated track record of successfully closing B2B deals. Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Proven ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Strong commercial negotiation and proposal-development skills. ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE Experience within Technology, SaaS, EdTech, or Digital Transformation. Existing B2B networks within the education, corporate, or public sectors. Experience selling technology-enabled solutions or subscription-based products. Experience managing strategic partnerships and key accounts.
