SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced, driven Sales Manager to lead key account growth and new business development across South Africa and key African markets. This role requires a balance of hands-on sales execution, strategic account management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is both a hunter and a coach—capable of building pipeline, closing complex B2B deals, and driving measurable sales performance.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Proven experience winning and managing large B2B accounts across SA and Africa.
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a sales team with measurable performance improvement.
Background in tech, communications, electronic security, IoT, or related B2B industries.
Strong commercial acumen in pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
Excellent CRM discipline and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
