Clay Brick Manufacturing and Distribution Company seeks a Sales Representative to be responsible for ensuring that all customer sales demand and supply is effectively maintained through effective continuous communications and visits, relationship building, and ensuring an excellent customer experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NQF Level 4

4-5 years of Sales Rep experience in the built industry

Sales and Marketing qualification

Performance Outputs

Achieve set volume budgets

Achieve set sales price target

Visit and take orders from clients

Respond to queries and do follow-ups

Monitor and maintain client’s accounts

Place and monitor orders for the clients, and ensure delivery

Do quotations and confirm orders for the clients

Sourcing new business/projects

Assist with sorting and distribution of all client’s documents (Invoices, Statements, etc)

Regular site visits

Retain customers and improve relations with them

Maintaining a customer visitation sheet, order book and quotes sheet, plus sales report

Follow-up on quotations/orders

Understand market and competitors

Provide technical product advice to clients

Be an all-rounder and demonstrate knowledge of sales operations in order to be able to align demand creation to demand fulfilment from the customer to the plant

Support sales coordinators on their customers in the field with regard to site visits and site query resolution
