SALES REPRESENTATIVE (STEEL & FLUID CONTROL PRODUCTS) – VAAL TRIANGLE (3734)

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

• 3 or more years’ sales experience, reselling of mild steel, pipes or fittings, pumps, and irrigation products
• A proven track record reselling steel and tube is essential and is not negotiable
• Valid driver’s license (a company vehicle or car allowance will be provided)
• Recently serviced the Vaal Triangle and surrounding areas
• Strong trading and negotiating skills
• Able to close deals
• A stable work record and have contactable references
• Reside in or around the Vaal Triangle area
• Please note you will be required to work Retail Hours: Monday to Thursday 07h30 – 17h00 and Fridays until 16h30 as well as alternative Saturdays and Public Holidays from 08h00 – 13h00

Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be required to service new and existing customers
• Reach and exceed sales targets
• Increase market share
• Offer technical advice to Customers
• Follow up on outstanding orders
• Work closely with the sales team
