JOB SUMMARY:
Our client requires a candidate with strong trading experience in the steel and fluid control industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Grade 12 / equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

3 or more years’ sales experience, reselling of mild steel, pipes or fittings, pumps, and irrigation products
A proven track record reselling steel and tube is essential and is not negotiable
Valid driver’s license (a company vehicle or car allowance will be provided)
Recently serviced the Vaal Triangle and surrounding areas
Strong trading and negotiating skills
Able to close deals
A stable work record and have contactable references
Reside in or around the Vaal Triangle area
Please note you will be required to work Retail Hours: Monday to Thursday 07h30 – 17h00 and Fridays until 16h30 as well as alternative Saturdays and Public Holidays from 08h00 – 13h00

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be required to service new and existing customers
Reach and exceed sales targets
Increase market share
Offer technical advice to Customers
Follow up on outstanding orders
Work closely with the sales team
