SUMMARY:
SAP ABAP Developer
long-term contract

POSITION INFO:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Deep functional expertise in SAP TAX modules
Strong experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Financial modules and integrating TAX processes into the S/4 landscape SAP Fiori/ ABAP
Proven ability to perform Fit-to-Template workshops and drive FIT/GAP analysis
Extensive experience in solution design, process configuration and parameterization following a global template approach
Strong testing skills including unit testing, integration testing and support of system integration tests
Experience with end user authorization role scoping and basic SAP authorization knowledge
Excellent documentation skills: creation and maintenance of functional specs, configuration guides and test scripts
Familiarity with BTP integration scenarios
Proficiency using collaboration and ALM tools such as Jira, Confluence and Xray (or equivalent)
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional Feature Team members

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

Prior exposure to SAP HANA performance considerations and data migration approaches Familiarity with SAP FI/CO modules (FI, CO) and related master data impacts

Experience working in Agile delivery teams and knowledge of Agile ceremonies
Ability to work across time zones and occasional flexibility for weekends or extended hours during cutovers
Experience with Go-Live and hypercare activities for finance-focused implementations

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 10+ years SAP ABAP/Fiori/TAX experience.
Experience working in international teams.
Business process knowledge in Finance area.
