POSITION INFO:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage incident processing and adhere to SLA standards.
- Handle SAP BW transport management.
- Support month-end processes and provide user support.
- Lead SAP SAC implementations and dashboard creation.
- Offer post go-live support and contribute to general operations.
- Assist in end-to-end testing support and collaborate with international teams.

**Requirements:**
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP BW, SAC, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in SAP HANA, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Fluency in German is advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
