Duties: Extract data from SAP S4HANA ERP into BW4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud Design, develop, and maintain BW4HANA data models, including DSOs, InfoProviders, and InfoCubes Create and optimise ETL processes from SAP S4HANA ERP Monitor daily data loads to ensure accuracy and timeliness Troubleshoot data load and processing issues Build and manage Process Chains and oversee data load issues Reconcile BW4HANA data with source systems to ensure consistency Analyse business requirements and translate into technical solutions Contribute to innovation initiatives involving AI, Machine Learning, and RPA within logistics Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement Work with IT teams and external service providers for system integration and operations Implement data protection measures for sensitive information Support SAP GRC and SAP Basis teams to ensure compliance, security, and system performance Apply SAP Notes to address system bugs and maintain SAP alignment Resolve ITSM tickets proactively, tracking progress and escalating where needed Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' hands-on SAP BW\/4HANA development experience Strong experience with SAP S4HANA as a source system Experience integrating BW\/4HANA solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms Proficiency in SAP, Analytics, ETL, SAP ABAP, SQL, and Data management Knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT) Nice to Have: Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and RPA initiatives in logistics Cross-functional collaboration skills What We'll Give You: Competitive salary package of R700,000 - R900,000 per annum (Cost to Company) Opportunity to work on transformative S4HANA migration projects Dynamic work environment focused on innovation and growth Collaboration with a passionate team committed to excellence Seize this opportunity to shape the future of logistics through data-driven innovation.
