SUMMARY:
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Architect to join our SAP practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clientsâ digital transformation journey. Your expertise in SAP BTP will drive successful implementations, enhance business processes, and deliver value to our clients. In this role, you will support SAP BTP opportunities and projects, analyze business requirements, and design and implement SAP BTP solutions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP BTP solutions. Oversee run activities related to the BTP Platform. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAP BTP. Technical Expertise and Solution Design: Leverage your deep understanding of SAP BTP services, including data management, analytics, and application development. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective SAP BTP solutions. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales team and Solution Architects. Execute SAP BTP RFP responses, ensuring they are technically sound and aligned with client needs. Project Delivery: Lead or participate in full SAP BTP project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Ensure best practices in SAP BTP architecture, development, and deployment are followed. Capability Development: Drive the growth and development of the SAP BTP practice, including recruitment, training, and capability building. Ecosystem Partners: Manage relationships with SAP and other ecosystem partners, including hyperscaler partners. Qualifications: Education: Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 5 years focused on SAP BTP implementations. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive business development initiatives. Proven experience in leading SAP BTP projects, from conception through delivery. Strong technical skills in SAP BTP Framework, including Application Development, Business Process Automation, Cloud Integration, Extension Suite, and Data Management. Core Competencies: Self-driven with a can-do attitude. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Strong relationship builder within the organization and with external partners. Ability to think strategically about the role of SAP BTP within the broader business context. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
