We are looking for an SAP Development and Integration Lead to join our team in the SAP CoE, where you will help drive the integration of S/4HANA Finance, SAP Data Services, SAP ECC HCM, SuccessFactors, and SAP Business Technology Platform. You’ll lead a talented team delivering bespoke solutions to support both business-as-usual system changes and innovative new applications, using cutting-edge SAP tools.

As a subject matter expert, you'll provide technical advice to both functional teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the seamless delivery of SAP integration and development services. You'll play a critical role in ensuring best practices and excellence in SAP development.

POSITION INFO:

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead a team of SAP development and integration specialists, guiding them in delivering top-tier services using SAP technologies
Oversee development and integration requests, ensuring high-quality outputs
Act as a subject matter expert on SAP development tools and integration patterns
Work on integration solutions including iDocs, Web Services, APIs, OData, SOAP, and more
Troubleshoot technical bugs and advise on system enhancements
Ensure alignment with SAP CoE governance, procedures, and standards
Support the functional team with change requests, upgrades, and landscape maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

Allocate, assess, and manage incoming JIRA requests
Manage periodic client cadences for alignment and prioritization
Ensure resource levelling to address backlogs and incoming requests
Adhere to Release, Incident, and SAP Change Management procedures
Ensure audit compliance in change management activities
Troubleshoot technical issues and suggest process improvements
Provide support during application upgrades and ongoing platform maintenance

What Makes You Our Dream Candidate?
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related

Knowledge:

Experience with SAP ECC HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP Data Services, and/or S/4HANA Finance
Working knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, Web Services, APIs, and other integration technologies
Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform
Knowledge of DevOps using SAP Solutions (advantageous)
Understanding of HTML, UI5, and integration patterns
Ability to interpret and manage complex technical requirements
Ability to prioritize tasks based on operational needs

Experience:

5+ years in SAP Development using required development tools and coding languages
3+ years of hands-on experience with S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform
5+ years working with SAP ECC
