SAP EWM Consultant

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in distribution, supply chain, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and project management skills, with proven expertise in interpreting business needs and translating them into operational and SAP EWM development requirements. This role requires a professional who can drive sustainable business transformation through the application of LEAN methodology, continuous improvement, and SAP EWM support.
The successful candidate will have experience in leading end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, designing innovative solutions, and managing change processes to enhance business performance across distribution and logistics operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA EWM solutions to support distribution, logistics, and inventory management functions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP EWM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and operational objectives.
• Manage full project lifecycle activities, including physical and system design, testing, UAT, change management, and Go-Live support.
• Drive business transformation by embedding LEAN methodology to improve operational processes and reduce waste.
• Establish and facilitate governance forums to validate and prioritize SAP EWM improvement requests, ensuring feasibility and business value.
• Provide continuous SAP EWM support, troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of system changes and business process improvements.
• Deliver clear, structured documentation including technical reports, training materials, and process maps.
