Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for performance excellence and digital transformation? Our client, a global leader in the petrochemical sector, is seeking a dynamic SAP Specialist / Performance Analyst to drive operational insights and strategic reporting across key business units.

What You’ll Bring
A University Degree in Engineering, BCom, IT, or a related field

Proven experience in:
Business Intelligence & Data Analysis
Data Modelling, ETL Processes & SQL Server Management
Dashboard Automation & KPI Reporting using Power BI and Webi
Working with SAP, Teradata, and Power Apps

Non-negotiables:

Pass Health and Safety induction

Willing to work in Sasolburg on a 6-month contract (LOCAL recruitment)

What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and automated reports
Ensure KPI governance and assurance across production, maintenance, and quality domains
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive operational excellence
Support digital delivery initiatives within Production Management, Asset Integrity, and Quality Management

Strong understanding of IM (Information Management) and digital transformation strategies
