Introduction:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled QA SAP Test Manager who will be responsible for driving complex and cross functional QA SAP projects, working directly with client (onsite) or working remotely in onsite model in customer/vendor engagements.

Responsibilities:

• The Ideal candidates will be working on overall Test Strategy/Plan document for the clients Rollout project.
• Discussions te be held with Implementation team to understand the TO-BE Flows and bridge those understandings with testing teams to build the Manual End to End Test Scenarios.
• Resource will drive the triage meetings during testing cycles and reporting activities in terms of design, execution and defects.
• You will work on Test data activities and necessary coordination with 3rd party applications.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 10-15+ years of experience in Software QA which includes Project Management.
• Quality Assurance Testing processes & methodologies in Onsite/Offshore Delivery Model from both offshore and onsite locations.
• Experience in driving complex and cross-functional projects working directly with client (onsite) or working remotely in onsite-offshore model in customer/vendor engagements.
• Exposure in cross-functional SAP modules involved (P2P, O2C, R2R) flows.
• You must have exposure on Multi countries roll out Testing.
• Exposure on S4 Hana / LS Domain added advantage.
• Experienced in performing all types of testing - Build Verification (Smoke), Functional, Integration, Regression.
• Risk based testing & UAT support.
• Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Methodologies and test processes and Software Hands-on experience using Micro Focus ALM for test development.
• Execution, defect management and traceability matrix.
• The Ideal candidates will be working on overall Test Strategy/Plan document for the clients Rollout project.

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

• Grade 12
• QA Consulting Background,
• SAP ECC6 - ECC7 Higher Education Certifications and other related a must.
• 10 -15+ years of experience in Software QA which includes Project Management.

Other requirements:

• Own reliable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Well groomed
• Must be able to travel at short notice
• Must reside in Gauteng
