JOB SUMMARY:

An established manufacturer and distributor of chemicals is seeking a SAP Specialist to provide central updates on various components of the Human Capital platform (mainly leave and payroll) and related systems such as Time Off, Organisation and Position Management, while analyzing and incorporating priorities impacting systems and operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in systems administration on ERP solutions, ideally SAP Employee Leave and Absence Management Solutions, will be required
Must have good Excel skills (V Lookups and Pivot Tables)
Above average knowledge of the administration of SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off, EC Core, Talent Management, and workbooks, design and configuration modules is essential
Must have the ability to maintain and manage SAP SuccessFactors Foundation objects
Experience with project management methodologies and approaches is essential
Must be willing to work unusual hours due to different time zones of international stakeholders

successful candidate will be responsible for:

Ensuring timeous and good quality service to customers (internal and external).
Managing internal stakeholder calls logged within SLA and with the relevant level of professionalism.
Concluding calls logged to third party software providers within turnaround times and adhering to quality and governance requirements.
Monitoring SAP SF EC - ECC/PaySpace/ECP replication/interfaces, and documenting results, providing feedback and making corrections where required.
Regular monitoring of integration to other third party systems, documenting results and providing feedback and initiating corrective action.
Identifying and providing issue resolution to the HCSS&IS team as preventative measures.
Ensuring overall design and architecture of the HC system solutions are kept intact when solutions are put forward and whilst testing of new functionality is executed.
Maintaining SAP SF Time Off, EC Foundation Objects, Role Based Permissions, whilst not excluding SAP SF areas not mentioned here albeit to a lesser extent.
Performing SAP SuccessFactors release management, ongoing enhancements and changes, regression and operational change impact testing and related documentation, focusing on Employee Leave and Absence Management for payroll.
Conducting updates to master data where changes may require either via individual updates or mass export and import functionality.
Administering and managing bespoke solutions relating to the current SAP and related systems, including data management, updates of specific data elements, upload and download of information and verification before sending forward in the process (typically to payroll for processing).
Maintaining standard operating procedures and works instructions.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
