SAP Super User / Specialist

SUMMARY:
A leading organisation in the mining, manufacturing, and petrochemical sectors is seeking an experienced and technically strong SAP Super User / Specialist to join their team in Rosebank.

This role is ideal for an advanced SAP user with a deep understanding of key SAP modules and end-to-end process integration.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the SAP subject matter expert, supporting business users across various departments.
• Provide hands-on support and training to users on SAP ECC, MM, VM, and Ariba modules.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
• Assist in data management, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Drive end-user adoption and ensure optimal utilisation of SAP functionality.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and roll-out of SAP changes or upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and user experience.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience as an SAP Super User or Specialist.
• Strong expertise in SAP ECC, Materials Management (MM), Vendor Management (VM), and SAP Ariba.
• Experience within mining, manufacturing, or petrochemical industries preferred.
• Solid understanding of business processes and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to train and support diverse business users effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
