SAP Super User / Specialist

SUMMARY:
A leading organisation in the mining, manufacturing, and petrochemical sectors is seeking an experienced and technically strong SAP Super User / Specialist to join their team in Rosebank. This is an exciting opportunity for an advanced SAP professional with deep knowledge of key modules and end-to-end process integration, to play a pivotal role in system optimisation and business efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the SAP subject matter expert, supporting business users across departments
• Provide hands-on support and training on SAP ECC, MM, VM, and Ariba modules
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution
• Assist with data management, system enhancements, and process improvements
• Drive end-user adoption and ensure the optimal utilisation of SAP functionality
• Participate in the testing, implementation, and roll-out of SAP changes or upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and user experience
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

• 7–10 years’ experience as an SAP Super User or Specialist
• Strong expertise in SAP ECC, Materials Management (MM), Vendor Management (VM), and SAP Ariba
• Experience in mining, manufacturing, or petrochemical industries (advantageous)
• Solid understanding of business processes and system integration
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to train, support, and influence diverse business users
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
