Purpose of the Role

We are looking for Scrum Master to work with our Front-End & Portal Development teams. You will be involved in the creation of next generation digital customer experience where you will have the opportunity to plan deliverables, manage each project’s timeline, problem solve and coach the development teams on the best Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Work with product managers & product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

The ideal candidate for this role:

• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Familiarity with software development and methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement).
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Scrum master certification is a plus.
• Experience as an Agile Coach is a plus.
• Experience using JIRA &Confluence
