SUMMARY:
The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing security operations, ensuring the protection of company assets, employees, and stock. This role involves implementing security policies, maintaining compliance, and leading security teams to uphold a safe and secure working environment.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

A relevant qualification in Safety, Security, Environmental Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing security compliance systems.
At least 5 years in a security management role.
Experience in an FMCG environment is advantageous.
Strong expertise in security operations, access control, and risk mitigation.
In-depth knowledge of security procedures, surveillance technology, and industry regulations.
Familiarity with South African legislation, SANS codes, and governance best practices.
