POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
Administration qualification is preferred and/or relevant experience
3 – 5 years’ experience in the Financial / Insurance Industry
Experience with MS Office
Maintaining accurate databases and tracking data
Collating of weekly and monthly Sales Reports
Transmitting reminders regarding deadlines and following up daily on outstanding documents
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, coordination communication and minutes of weekly sales meetings
Assisting with queries
Compile letters relating to the Sales Advisor Division
Prepare any requisitions relating to training and travel as required and submit for approval
General administrative support to the Executive Sales and National Manager Sales
